Alec Dronen '15 Recruiting Profile

I like to consider myself a great motivator for my teammates. I work very well with people and my personality never seems to clash with others. I pride myself on my good sportsmanship, whether its encouraging a teammate, congratulating them on a PR, or helping them become a better athlete. I also turn those traits onto myself. I always strive to do better than what is asked or expected, always looking forward, finding out what I can do to make myself a better athlete. Being average isn't good enough. My goals are always to do better than the last time, progressively getting faster, stronger, until I am the best. I started running track in 4th grade and haven't lost one bit of love for the sport. I'm a dedicated student and athlete, and would be a great asset to any sports program.
