To Whomever this concerns,
My name is Cameron Lantagne I am currently a junior in high school. I am the #1 runner for the Union cross country team. I have been Captain of this team since October of last year. This year I got very serious about my running by putting in almost 400 miles of training over the summer. I believe this training has been the difference in my season this year and with further training my times will only get better. My goals for the 2020 Track season is to put in times that will showcase my hardwork.
I am a very hard worker, I don't give up easily and when I set a goal I do everything I can to achieve it. I have been told that I am a natural leader because I truly care about my team. I maintain a high GPA with advanced and AP classes, I am a member of the National Honor Society and I am an Eagle Scout as well. Last year I was nominated for the Military Child of the Year Award where I was a Semi-Finalist. My aspirations are to become a neurosurgeon and I am willing to put in the work as a full time runner and a student.
Thank you for your time,
Cameron Lantagne
