My name is Austin Jordan and I am 16 years old. I am 6' and my weight is 130 lbs. I am currently a junior at Cabell Midland High school in Ona, WV.
I have been running since I was 11 years old and have aspired to run at the collegiate level ever since. I know that running in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life.
I would love to attend a College or University in my home state of WV but I am open to out of state schools.
It does not matter if it is a D I school or not, instead it is important that I get to run and be competive and earn a degree in sports medicine.
Running is not the only important factor when it comes to the school I choose, but they must also offer my major which will be sports medicine.
I train vigorously year-round. I am a team leader and try to lead by example. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working recruits you will find.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA of 3.5.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom, on the cross country course and on the track. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers and make my parents proud.
I feel that I would be a strong asset to anyone’s team due to my sound work ethics.
I feel if you do your best you cannot go wrong.
I will give your team 110 percent every day,
All I ask is that you believe in me and my abilities.
