Personal Statement
My name is Caleb Rogalski and I am a Senior at Winneconne HS. I am a multi-sport athlete and have a strong passion for track and field and throwing in particular. I am a hard worker, I try to lead by example and go the extra mile to be successful in all that I do. These attributes have been key for me placing 3rd at State in discus as a sophomore and 2nd at State as a Junior.
Helping people is important to me and I have always dreamed of being an Engineer who designs prosthetics or devices for people with challenges or limitations. My other dream is to make it to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics representing the USA as a thrower. Both of these goals will take dedication, hard work and determination, all of which I have. I am excited to work towards my long term goals along with my shorter term goals of taking first place at State in Discus while representing my high school and being accepted into a College where I can compete collegiately.
I am a passionate person. I love my family, my team (they are also a part of my family) and I love my community. I give back whenever I can by volunteering at a local food pantry, I shovel or plow out neighbors during the winter and I volunteer at a local thrift store that gives back to youth through fellowship and activities. "Pay-it forward" is something I believe in.
These attributes are a few of the things that set me apart from other athletes!
