Personal Statement

My name is John Dunn and I am a Senior of the Class of 2018 at Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, Arizona. I am a 6’5” Outside Hitter with a vertical of 34 inches, a block touch of 10’5”, and an attacking touch of 11’0”. I have been apart of the Lancer Men’s Varsity Volleyball Program since my Freshman year and maintained a 3.4 GPA during my 4 years at Salpointe. During my Junior year, I sustained an injury that sidelined me for half of the season but have fully recovered. In my Senior year, in 86 sets played, I gathered 368 kills on 911 attempts with a hitting percentage of .293, 55 aces, 18 blocks, and 167 digs. I am currently a member of the 18-1’s club team for Arizona Premier Volleyball.
