Personal Statement
Dear Coach,
Hello, my name is Cade Krok. As an incoming senior in high school, one of my main goals this year is to do all I can to continue my volleyball career beyond high school and club. I want very much to play the sport I love in college. I pride myself on easily adjusting to any team that I've played on and have been open to learning from not only coaches, but also my fellow players. I think this has made me an asset to the teams that I have been a part of because I am coachable and committed to getting better on a daily basis. I am also capable of learning things quickly, as I have only been playing volleyball since I entered high school and earned a spot on varsity team my sophomore year. Being left handed and 6'5" has made me a good fit for the Opposite position. I'm a good jumper and a dominate presence in the front row. I am currently working on improving my passing and setting. I know that managing my academics while playing a sport at the college level is a huge responsibility, but one that I am prepared for. I have mantained a 3.0 GPA while playing playing volleyball throughout high school. My goal is to graduate from a 4 year university or college with a degree in Business and/or Marketing. Being able to contribute to a collegiate volleyball team as committed player is part of that dream. I want to thank you for viewing my profile and considering me as a potential fit for your team.
