Playing in two State Championship and in two National Championship matches has taught me how to perform and react under very high stress situations. These opportunities allow me to grow the most. Not winning in State Championship matches has taught me the discipline and work ethic to push through obstacles and to work harder than I think I need to so I can achieve the result I want to. These experiences have also made me look within myself and work harder so that I can be the best teammate for my team. So I can have the best version of myself on the court so that I can be trusted.
I am very fortunate to be apart of programs that finish very highly at the high school level as well as the club level, winning the club division at BJNC 14s and 15s year and being the State Runner-Up my freshman and sophomore years. My coaches have impressed upon me the value of a team rather than the value of the individual and that has shaped me into a great leader on and off the court. I am looking for a program that will suit me academically as well as athletically. I believe that I not only have the skills to compete at the college level, but the courage, work-ethic, and resilience to make an impact to your program immediately.
