Personal Statement
It has always been a life goal of mine to play sports at the collegiate level and once I had started volleyball, I knew this was the right path for me. I have always been extremely dedicated and hard working towards subjects of interest, whether it be school or sports related. I am in the most academically rigorous program that my school has to offer, taking all the AICE and AP courses available and have worked extremely hard to be in the position where I am today. I want to eventually find the right college to propel me towards my future aspiration of getting accepted into dental school and becoming a dentist or orthodontist. Aside from academics I am a member of the National Honors Society where I hold the position on the board of Sergeant at Arms. I am also involved in several other clubs around school including FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), Seashine Club (Volunteer beach cleanup service), Spanish Honors Society and a member of the honor roll. This year is the third year I have been a starter on my high school varsity volleyball team where we have gone undefeated during this years regular season and have been recognized as an All-County Player. I was also a member of the football team freshman year and played basketball up until sophomore year where I also played on varsity. I have played and excelled at every sport I have attempted but have committed to playing volleyball full-time. I currently am a starting outside hitter for Palm Beach Juniors 17 Elite travel team and will be competing at nationals July 2019.
