August (Ean) Neyrey IV '17 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Ean Neyrey; and my favorite thing to do is play volleyball. I'm a 6'1 Senior, and I currently attend Jesuit High School of New Orleans. I believe I differ from other athletes wishing to play at a collegiate level because I can practice everyday for as long as needed and still maintain my grades. I was able to maintain the highest GPA that could be achieved with practice and/or a workout everyday throughout my entire high school career, and I plan to make that statement true for my college years as well. I take as many honors and AP classes that are available to me. I believe that even though the classes are quite intimidating and difficult, the hard work does pay off in the grand scheme of things. I always make sure to balance my social life with my schoolwork and athletics. My collegiate aspirations include playing in a DII or DIII school that will challenge me not only athletically but also academically. I aspire to be either a Dentist or Dermatologist.
