I started paying volleyball my freshman year and would like to continue on in college. I have come to love the sport and all the elements involved. Since I began I have earned All League my sophomore and junior years, All-Western Mass and All State HM my junior year. At the Rhody invitational tournament including the best teams from the New England region, I was awarded All-Tournament as one of the best outside hitters at the tourney. Volleyball has been a major part of my life going through my years leading to adulthood and I have met very many great people because of it. It would be an great to be able to play at a collegiate level and perhaps some day play in the Premier Volleyball League. My senior year I made Masslive Super 7, the top 7 players in Western Mass.
I plan on becoming a physical therapist for the majority of my life and am going to major in any of the applicable undergraduate majors, such as applied biology, athletic training, exercise science, kinesiology, or other health and science programs. Volleyball was the first sport that I played and it would be an amazing experience to be able to continue playing through college. I work hard on both the court and in the classroom.
