Tim Duncan put what I desire into words. "Good, better, best. Never let it rest. Until your good is better, and your better is best." I work to apply this quote to my life in every way whether that be work, school, or volleyball.
Volleyball has become a big part of my life for the past three years. I started out playing every Sunday after church with a few friends, and I moved to playing on the Anderson Boys Cavaliers team. I am a co-captan on this team, and I love it. I am an extravert and easy to get a long with. I am homeschooled, and for the past two years I have been taking dual credit classes at Tri County Technical College. This is my first year being on an actual volleyball team, but I walked into the sport with good experience. I also play tournaments done by Gvegas and Atown as often as I can. My plan is to play club volleyball this spring for Axis. I understand that I will only have one year of experience under my belt, but my plan is to walk on at a good college. I have a lot to learn in the sport, but I will not give up.
"Whatever you do, do it all to the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31
