Aidan Bolen '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Aidan Bolen and sports have always been a part of my life. I come from a close-knit family with a twin brother that is also an elite athlete, my dad who played basketball in college, and my grandfather who played major league baseball. I’ve always had a desire to play sports at a higher level. I have been part of the USAV HP program for four years, making the Select A1 team in 2018 (one of only two boys in the North Texas Region to earn that honor), participating in the HP Winter Camp in 2019 (the only athlete from NTR to be invited) and I would have participated in the USAV HP Championships in 2020 . My goal is to make the USAV Youth National Team, play at the collegiate level, and maybe someday earn a spot on the US Olympic Team.

On the court I’m a dedicated team player. I believe in playing strategically to earn points and am levelheaded and mentally tough when facing adversity. Staying positive and keeping a high level of energy is key. Academically I strive to be the best I can be. In college, I hope to study business or engineering.
