Frank Farina '16 Recruiting Profile

I want my college experience to of course involve volleyball, as I love the sport, but academics is the most crucial part of it. I would like to duel major in International Business and German Studies, and hopefully turn that into a job working for companies overseas.  I am a dynamic player because I am comfortable playing any position on the court. I have worked incredibly hard to get where I am today; I am lifting weights and doing functional movement workouts everyday before practice, and in the past five years I have increased my vertical by five inches, dropped my body fat to 6%, increased my squat by 115 pounds, my bench press by 85 pounds, and my deadlift by upwards of 150 pounds. I want to compete at a high level with a group of player and coaches that want to win, just like me.
