I am extremely focused on playing volleyball at the next level and after college and I want to try and play professionally sand or indoor. I spend a lot of time in the training gym and volleyball gym focusing on getting better every day, Although I am completely healed, 18 months ago I was playing my best volleyball but broke my leg when I was hit by a John Deere Gator! Because of the break, I had to learn how to be a different teammate on the sidelines as they continued the season without me on the court. As the team captain I learned how to contribute and boost my team up to their next level without me physically participating in the game. I learned a lot of patience this past year within myself and my teammates. I feel this has really prepared all aspects of my game for the next level. Also, being a coaches kid has ingrained in me there is always room for improvement in all parts of the game. Always a student of the game. My dad always told me and my sisters get so good they cannot take you off the court. That’s what I try to do always. After volleyball I hope to use my degree in Sports Management to coach. I already coach at our club and know this is something that I am very interested in.
