Michael Doyle '19 Recruiting Profile

     My name is Michael (MJ) Doyle, and I am an Outside Hitter for the class of 2019.  I have played volleyball for 3 years and have a genuine passion for the sport.  I love it more and more with every passing practice and game I play.   When I step on to the court I am driven to improve my skill as a player while always supporting my team.   I am a well-rounded volleyball player with the ability to play any position on the front row and back row.

     For the past 3 years, I have played on Ocean Lakes High School varsity team.  I also play on Ocean Volleyball Club’s travel team.  In 2017, I was the proud recipient of Ocean Volleyball’s Club MVP award and represented Ocean Volleyball Club in 2018 as captain.  In 2018, I was named the 6A Region Co. Player of the Year,  2018 Class 6A Region All Region First Team and 2018 Class 6 VHSL First Team All State Volleyball Team. 

     I am in search of a college that has high level volleyball and academic excellence. I am an academic achiever of excellence and just completed my junior year with a 3.5 GPA.   I love to be challenged both athletically and academically.  I look forward to the future and all the opportunities it holds.
