Personal Statement
It has always been a dream of mine to play volleyball at the collegiate level. Being from a state where there are no club and/ or high school teams, it's hard to develop skills to play at the next level.
Ever since I can remember I have always been around the sport. My mom was a middle school coach forever and from that point on, the love for the game grew rapidly.
I practiced with a NORCO club team for the past 3 years and I also managed for our high school team. The high school coach had told me that I have the skills and dedication to play at the next level.
I participate in cross country, basketball, and track. I was an all-conference selection in basketball last year. I have also lettered in all three of these sports since my sophomore year. All of these sports have increased my competitive drive in anything that I do. I am also apart of the WHSAA Student Advisory council for my achievements in sportsmanship throughout my athletic career.
In the classroom I am a known role-model. I have a 4.0 GPA, I have been on the honor roll every year, and am also a member of the National Honor Society.
