Bryce Tully '18 Recruiting Profile

I am a 16-year-old high school Junior at Yucaipa High School in Yucaipa, California. We completed our 2016 high school season as the finalists in Division 4 Southern Section CIF. I earned All CIF League Second Team Goalie and All CBL League Second Team Goalie. I have competed in water polo and swimming since I began high school and water polo is my true passion.

In 2016, I assumed the #1 starting Varsity Goalie Role as a Junior. I have great leg strength and fast arm and hand quickness. I realized my strengths also include my ability to communicate, running the counterattack and leading my team. I am mentally tough, fearless and love blocking shots. I stay focused and positive for my team.

I believe being left handed allows me to take good shots, score, make difficult passes, and provide opportunities for my teammates. I look forward to my Senior being a leader, a team player and learning to develop my skills to go to the next level competition.

At school, I am driven in my academics especially in English, Science, History and Business. My goal is attending a competitive University that offers a strong water polo program to provide the balance of academics and sports to balance my life.

In an out of the pool I am very aware that I represent my team, school and community. I believe in making a difference on my team, school and community. To do this, I volunteer my time at school and in my community to help others.
