Dallas Williams '16 Recruiting Profile

I work hard at everything I do. I try to motivate my teammates to improve themselves and each other. I didn't even know Water Polo existed until the 2nd semester of my freshman year. Ever since then I've brought it upon my self to improve every year, not trying to show I could be better than those around me. But to inspire them to push harder everyday. I would spend countless hours watching film and staying after practice to learn every detail to improve my game. Academically I'm not a bad student, I just had issues with attendance due to illness for some time. But I didn't let it stop me. I still attended practice almost everyday, and that type of determination earned me my role as captain of the 2015-2016 RSS Swimming and Water Polo Team
