Boe Baitinger, VP of Recruiting
Coming out of a small town in Wisconsin, I did not have the exposure to any recruiting know-hows. I had a father who wanted to do all he could to support my dream of playing college/pro baseball and a mother who was there every step of the way but kept me humble. I also had a passion for being not only the best ball player, but the best student I could be. So, like they say, “If I was good enough, they would find me, right?”
Standing 5’7” with my cleats on, we all know how that story goes. From a DIII baseball All-American to playing professional baseball, the countless trials and errors I went through inspires me to impact as many families as I can.
Coming to NCSA, I had a clear mission: I am here to empower athleaders through the life lessons that are taught through playing sports in high school and college. I want to provide a genuine and realistic outlook on the recruiting process to ensure student-athletes have the best opportunities possible to achieve their dreams. Being a collegiate and professional athlete has shaped me as an individual today. I am here to educate student-athletes on how they can commit themselves to their dreams that will allow them to succeed in life, and lead others in their future dreams.
Five years later, I am honored to have the opportunity to change student-athlete's lives on a daily basis while being able to pioneer NCSA through the recruiting world alongside some of the greatest teammates I have ever had.
