As the season is heating up in many parts of the country, a player who is sizzling is Justin Serrao from Pleasanton, CA
As a junior shortstop from Foothill High School, Justin has already been a three time varsity player. As an eighth grader in San Diego, Justin played on the freshman team and won MVP honors. In the summer he plays for team NorCal, a highly ranked traveling team. Justin has a great arm, being clocked at 88 MPH and excellent speed, running a 6.8, 60 yard dash at the Jr. Olympics.
Justin is also a good student maintaining a 3.37 GPA while taking honors classes.
All of us here at the National Collegiate Scouting Association are excited for Justin and his opportunity to continue his chances of playing at the collegiate level.
