Nick Witherill

NCSA would like to congratulate Nick Witherill of Phoenix, AZ for being the January Basketball Impact Athlete. During his Junior year at Saguaro High School, Witherill averaged 20.2 points per game while shooting an impressive 38 percent behind the arc. The 6'3" shooting guard has a remarkable list of athletic awards which include: 2nd Team All-State, #8 All-Time in three point field goals, #10 All-Time in points and assists per game and First Team All-Region.
Witherill works hard off the court as well, maintaining a 3.5 out of 4.0 overall GPA. He is a member of the Honor Roll and President of the Basketball Club at Saguaro High School.
Witherill’s hard work on the court and in the classroom has paid off. He was awarded a full-ride scholarship to Division I Washington State University, where he is bound to make the grade in all aspects of college.
