Michael Shields is a 6’0”, 175 pound senior from Ingleside, Illinois and attends Grant Community High School. Michael has put together a great senior season averaging 22.7 points per game, 5.7 rebounds per game, 5.9 assists per game, and 3.7 steals per game. Last season he was named First Team All-Conference, First Team All-County, and All-Area as a junior. Michael is looking to build on those accomplishments this season.
Michael also performs well in the classroom, and is an honor roll student. He is currently receiving interest from several Division III basketball programs. Everyone at NCSA wishes Michael the best of luck as he continues his quest to play collegiate basketball.
