Watch out New Jersey, because Catie McMahon is running the show. The junior cross country runner from Lanoka Harbor is dominant in the classroom as well as the track. Catie has been running varsity since freshman year with both the track and cross country teams. She is a second team all-state pick and two time all county selection in cross country. She has also earned respect from her teammates being named the MVP, Most Improved, and earning the coaches award.
Academically, Catie excels even further. She has a 4.3/4.0 overall GPA in high school taking all honors courses, and is also ranked in the top 5% of her class. Catie is interested in pursuing sports nutrition or a teaching degree.
