Roncalli Indiana High School Senior Elissa Mason is nearing the end of her high school career but it maybe not be the last time we see her compete.
The Roncalli High School standout is a fierce competitor in the distance events. Mason’s current personal record of (14:44) in the 4K earned her 2nd team All-State recognition as a junior. Mason also holds her high school’s record in the 3200M (11:06), which earned her a 10th place state finish. Mason has taken the new 5K distance this year by the reins. She recently took the New Palestine Sectional title at (19:21.31), close to half a minute faster than the second place finisher. In regional competition, she took 3rd with yet another new personal record of (19:07). We are excited to see Elissa finish her senior season with a bang.
