With the weather cooling and field hockey winding down, a player who is steal heating up is senior Alix Poeton.
Alix is an outstanding defender and sweeper from Chatham High School in Chatham, NJ. This 5’9” captain has been awarded team MVP, All-Conference honors two years in a row and All-County recognition for her fine defensive skills. Alix has also played against international competition in Holland, England and Belgium.
Alix also excels in the classroom. She carries a 3.7 GPA while taking honors classes. Alix’s test scores have set her apart from everyone else, with a 31 ACT and 1340/1600. She is on the National Honors Society and a member of the Key Club.
