Joe McKnight, a 6'1", 193 lbs is an animal on the football field. From River Ridge, LA, the senior attended John Curtis High School and battled through to persevere against Hurricane Katrina. He battled and persevered on the field, too.
McKnight runs a 40 in 4.4 seconds and has a 4.31 sec. shuttle; he has endless possibilities in his future. Every time McKnight touches the ball, he averaged 22.2 yards. Not only did he accumulate 1,928 all-purpose yards, with 30 touchdowns, but he also caught 24 passes that added up to 735 yards. This powerhouse rushed 45 times, for a shocking 709 yards and returned 12 punts that added up to 268 yards.
McKnight had offers from the best Division I football programs in the country; LSU, Ole Miss, and USC just to name a few. He will be attending USC in the fall. McKnight is a player to definitely watch for during the fall when football fever hits!
