Marc Coburn is the newest addition to the NCSA football staff. He was a three sport athlete in high school with all state honors in track and was heavily recruited for both track and football. Coburn accepted an athletic scholarship to Western Michigan University for track & field, where he specialized in the decathlon. Coburn excelled at hurdles, high jump, 400m and was a main part of a number of relay teams. He graduated in 03' with a Bachelors of Business Management and a minor in Recreation and Sports Marketing. Before joining NCSA, Marc Coburn spent time as the RB coach at a D-III program, and also coached for Three Rivers HS. tutoring athletes on and off the field. He also has experience in promotions/event programming with the Kalamazoo K-Wings Minor League Hockey team, a sales representative for Golfing In Michigan, and as a volunteer for Special Olympics.
