It’s that time of year again in the recruiting process where seniors are asked to apply early, give their verbal commitments, and sign during the week of November 12-19. This explains what Greg Fehrman is currently doing! Greg is a 2009 grad from Rothschild, Wisconsin who has recently been accepted and has verbally committed to South Dakota State University.
The Jackrabbits should be very glad to have such a hardworking and focused teammate! Greg is a student-athlete that has set goals and more importantly--reached them. Greg stated, “I have always wanted to play Division I collegiate golf and contribute to the team as I take my game to the next level. I love to work hard on my game and take instruction well.”
Greg doesn’t just talk the talk, he walks the walk as well, with a +0.5 handicap, an average of 71 and a low of 67 in AJGA tournament play! Greg is someone to keep an eye out for in the college headlines. We wish him good luck.
