Terry Shafer

Terry Shafer is a 2009 grad from Penfield, New York. Terry has already entered the junior hockey ranks playing for Maksymum Junior B in the Empire Hockey League.
Terry is currently rated the top goalie in the entire Empire League and this is only his first year of juniors! Terry was able to make Maksymum after a solid AAA career with the Monroe County Eagles. Last summer he participated in an Elite Prospects Showcase in Detroit.
His dedication to hockey and academics is summed up in his personal statement:
“I am junior at The Aquinas Institute playing goalie for the team. Ever since I can remember I have played hockey. My dream is to play Division I. I am good student. The distance from home is not as important as finding a good fit for both hockey and academics.”
