After leading his team to three state championships, Patrick Cullen, has completed an outstanding high school career and is excited for the new direction hockey will take him in his collegiate life.
Cullen had 18 goals and 13 assists to lead the Gonzaga Eagles to win three straight Maryland Scholastic Hockey League titles. While the Eagles were down 2-0 in the Championship, Cullen scored two goals to push the game into overtime. Cullen led the Washington Jr. Nationals team in goals. He was also a member of the Atlantic Junior Hockey League.
Cullen is hoping for a draft. But, for now, he is settling with a full-ride to the Division I Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. When interview, Cullen said his dream would be to play in front of his family and friends in Washington for the Capitals.
