May 2007 Impact Athlete of the Month

Luke Hagen was named by the Hudson Valley High School Ice Hockey Association League as the Defensive Player of the Year. Hagen became the first player from Warwick High School to win the award. Hagen's dedication, persistence, drive and ability to remain focused were the key character traits that allowed him to win this award. Next year Hagen will attend Cortland State University where he will be a business major. He believes that the skills he learned while playing for Warwick will allow him to be a successful college hockey player.
