Melanie Cook

Melanie Cook is the newest member of Harvard’s Women’s Lacrosse Team! Melanie is a 2009 graduate out of Florida and will be joining the Crimson as a goalie. Cook has most recently been playing with the Lax Maniax Club Team. She has received a number of awards including being named a US Lacrosse All-American, 1st Team District All-Star and was ranked #79 by Sports Illustrated in 2008.
She not only excels on the field, but she excels in the classroom as well. Melanie currently maintains a 4.0/4.0 GPA and is first in her class. She is in a number of honors and AP classes and she still manages to find time to take part in multiple extracurricular activities as well.
Melanie plans to pursue a degree in either business or pre-med while at Harvard. Be sure to look for Melanie next year as she is sure to be a great addition to the Crimson Women’s Lacrosse Team!
