Tori Spears, a 5’5” senior from Naperville, IL, has completed her college search with a verbal commitment to Loyola University (IL). Tori had other opportunities but chose to stay close to home to play. She had attended camps at Loyola University during her high school days and really liked the school and what they had to offer in all areas.
Tori plays for the 18U Homer Hawks – Black travel team during the summer. She was an HM All-Conference selection in high school. Tori is a left-handed slapper with speed and has played both middle infield as well as outfield.
Tori boasts a 3.5 GPA in the classroom taking both honors and AP courses. She scored a 28 on her ACT. As a result of her efforts in the classroom Loyola will reward Tori with an academic scholarship in addition to her softball scholarship.
