Alyssa Hara, a 2009 grad from Stafford, Virginia, has been actively contacting colleges and setting up visits for this spring. This 5’1” junior is a 2nd team all- area selection for her high school team at 2B.
After her visit to Chowan Alyssa had this to say, “I just wanted to let you know that my visit at Chowan went very well. I really liked what I saw and I felt overall the meeting with the coach went well. I was able to ask all my questions and she showed my dad and me the entire facility, locker rooms, field, and etc. Thank you for all your advice, it really helped.”
Alyssa is interested in attending a high academic institution as she boasts a 4.0 GPA in high school, taking several honors classes.
Being able to visit some campuses this early in her recruiting process will help Alyssa determine exactly what she is looking for in a college/university. She already is ahead of the game!
