For this 6’3”, 180 pound junior from Tampa, Florida, tennis has always run in the family. Tyler Snook's aunt played at UCLA and another family member played at Furman. Snook's father played in college in Washington and still coaches as well.
Tyler Snook just turned 17 in October so he is just beginning his B18’s rankings. As of December 14, Snook is ranked 53rd in the Florida Section. He was also 1st Team All-County as a sophomore and has been the Varsity Team Captain since his freshman year. Tyler attends Alonso High School and maintains a 3.9/4.0 GPA while taking numerous AP and Honors classes.
Tyler hopes to continue the family tradition and play at the Division I level while studying Computer Engineering. He is looking at many colleges and universities now, but only time will tell where this rising star will end up.
