Shannon Pearson is a 6’0’’ middle hitter from Thousand Oaks, California. Shannon touches 9’7’’ on her approach and 9’2’’ on her block jump. She is currently playing club with Elite VBC in the 18’s age group. Shannon previously played with Point West Mizuno and Conejo Crush. Shannon’s upward mobility is evident in her Most Improved Player achievement EVERY season of volleyball she has played. Shannon has managed to earn the MIP the past two years in club and the past three years of high school. She was called up to varsity as a sophomore and earned her starting spot as a junior. In addition to her team contributions, Shannon also earned 3rd team all-league. We expect continued achievements from Shannon over the next year.
Shannon is interested in fine arts and marine biology in college. She holds a 3.5/4.0 GPA and is taking a very tough course load of AP and honors courses.
