by Mike Kuebler

The National Collegiate Scouting Association ranked Georgetown University 10th out of all Division I institutions in its fourth annual Collegiate Power Rankings. Georgetown also received the 26th ranking out of all Division I, II and III colleges and universities. The rankings are calculated by averaging the U.S. News & World Report ranking (academic excellence), the U.S. Sports Academy Directors' Cup ranking (athletic strength) and the NCAA student-athlete graduation rate of each school. Duke topped the list of Division I schools.
