Alli Jones is a 5’8” shooting guard from Roswell, Georgia. Jones is among the few 2009 grads fortunate enough to have committed during the early signing period. Jones states, “I have good news…I committed to Valdosta State University, and will be signing November 12! Thank you for all your help throughout this whole recruiting process.”
Jones knew in order to achieve her dream of playing at the highest level possible it would take a lot of work and sweat. She surpassed the 1,000 points mark during her junior season and has been handed many awards. To name a few: First Team All-Region, Female Athlete of the Week, and Cobb County HS Player of the Month. Jones is definitely a player to watch as she leads her Lassiter High School Varsity team into her last prep season.
Not only has Jones gotten it done on the court, she also puts time into her community. She does volunteer work as a camp counselor, all while maintaining a 3.88 GPA. The Blazers are very lucky to have an outstanding player and student joining their 2009 freshman class and we wish Alli the best of luck.
