October 2008 Impact Player of the Month

Benicia High School runner Sarah Tusting could not ask for a better start to her senior season. She is making a big impact for her team right out of the gates. During a recent Solano County conference meet she defeated her closest opponent by over a minute. At the Ed Sias Invite she placed a respectable third for the Large School V class, just missing a win.

In past seasons, Sarah won her league and attended the California State Champions Meet for cross country. Last year her team was moved from DIII to DII which forced Sarah to work even harder for a spot.
Sarah runs year round and participates in meets with the Buffalo Babes Track Club.
