Callie Cooper is a 2009 graduate from St. Augustine Florida. Callie is an athlete who continues to make improvements year after year, passing her competition by.
Cooper’s 2008 track & field efforts earned her a 5th place finish at the Florida 4A meet in the 2 mile race. She was also 9th in the mile. She was named the St. Augustine Record St. John’s County Athlete of the Year.
Cooper hopes to continue her success into the cross country season. She earned all-state honors last year, helping her team win the state championship. Callie’s personal records include a (18:52) 5K, (11:12) 3200M, and a (5:12) 1600M.
With one year of competition left in high school, Callie is already entertaining college scholarship offers. She would ideally like to be in an environment where she is recognized by her professors and challenged in her studies.
