Christina Lee has gotten off to a fast start. The 5’5’’ junior from Sterling, Virginia just wrapped up her second cross country team MVP award, along with earning Loudoun County Runner of the Year recognition. Christina excels in the middle to long distances, ranging from the 800M to the 5K. Her impressive personal records include a 5:01.48 mile and a 11:12.48 two-mile time. Her best 5K time is an astounding 17:55, which is competitive in almost any arena. As a sophomore, Christina earned a 2nd place finish at state in the 1600M. She is also the district champ in the 800M. In cross country, Christina placed 4th in state this year topping her 10th place finish as a sophomore.
Academically, Christina holds an impressive 4.23/4.0 GPA. Her GPA puts her close to the top 1% of her class. She is interested in pursuing Biomedical Sciences, Neuroscience, Astrophysics or Genetics.
