When freshman outfielder Bill Duffy was cut from the Division III UW-Whitewater baseball team in the fall, he wondered if his collegiate baseball career was over. But, with the help of NCSA, Bill was "drowned in options," according to his mother, Kathi.
At semester break, the former All-Conference player at Hinsdale Central returned to his home state of Illinois to play baseball at Lewis University, a Division II school in Romeoville, IL. He is currently the third leading hitter for the Flyers and has a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage. Finding the "right fit" has made all the difference for Bill and has made his dream of playing collegiate baseball a reality.
