Leland Gough – Carroll College
The recruiting process was very fun, although there were definitely some highs and lows. I didn't hear from many colleges immediately, but I did start receiving different emails or phone calls from different colleges about playing ball. It was really cool to know that somebody wants you to play for them. It is an honor to know that you are worthy enough to play at a certain program.
NCSA definitely helped me get my name out there to coaches. It also helped me learn about so many different colleges that I never would have heard of without their help. Some of these schools were very good at baseball and I never even knew their names!
Getting to know new people and meeting your teammates is fun. It is definitely a great time. Being able to get a good education and playing a sport I love, my life cannot get any better.
