Cullen Dees is a 5’9” senior from Canyon, Texas. He attends Canyon High School and is currently ranked 27th on the Texas Standing List (Apr Championships) published on April 10th. As a junior his high school team won the Texas 4A State Championships. Personally, Cullen made it to State Quarterfinals in doubles as a junior. He has been playing #1 Singles since his freshman year.
Academically, Cullen maintains a high standard. He scored a 30 on ACT and maintains a 97.6/100.0 GPA. He also spends his off-tennis time working with his Church youth group, being a FCA Team Leader, a member of Canyon High’s Student Council and doing community service.
Cullen just recently committed to being a Cowboy next year! He will be playing tennis at Hardin-Simmons University. This Division III University in Abilene, Texas was the perfect fit for him. NCSA wishes the best to Cullen in his future endeavors!
