Sophomore Kaila Leck is a double threat these days on the court with Coast VBC 16-1 Mizuno. The 5’10’’ setter had been experimenting with a 6-2 this season, dishing out assists and for the first time in her career terminating herself!
Kaila hails from San Diego, CA and has been playing volleyball since 4th grade. She spent four years with Encinitas Wave’s first team and one with Pacific West VBC back in 2003. This year Kaila has taken the reigns as Coast’s top 16’s setter earning them a bid to Nationals.
In the classroom, Kaila keep an incredible 3.94/4.0 GPA and is taking honors courses. She hopes to find a collegiate home with a lot of school spirit & impeccable academics. We see this coastal girl making huge waves at a college program.
