Personal Statement
My name is Emmerson Lee. Softball is many things to many people, for me softball allows me to compete at a high level while learning life lessons. I have learned that through softball ones character can be molded by in game experiences, off the field relationships, and the games unbiased ability to eat you up and spit you out.
My passion and integrity set me apart from other players. I have been taught that every player has a role and even small roles can make or break a games outcome. Two quotes that my coaches use so often that help me focus on Passion and Integrity are "Small things done well over and over again equal Greatness" (Coach Wooden UCLA) and "Who are you when I'm not around" (Coach Lee, not only my Coach but my Dad).
My ultimate goal would be to play the game of softball at the college level while building life long friendships and earning a Teaching Credential.
