Giselle Rivera '16 Recruiting Profile

I've been a student-athlete since freshman year at John C. Fremont High School. As an Uprsing senior, it will be my fourth year in Varsity Softball. I am a utility player, and a great leader as captain.  I enjoy playing softball, as it is my passion. My dream is to play college ball and eventually move on to represent USA.Juggling school and games/practices etc. can sometimes be tough but for the better I always come out dominant in both academics and athletics. Unfortunately, living in Southern California has been a struggle as it is filled with low-income schools and recreation centers. My parents do not have the money to place me in a travel team and it saddens me to not be able to have an official uniform rather than a plain t-shirt. I work hard to outstand on the field, and always come out successful.
