Personal Statement


My name is Claire Hansen and I am a senior at Placer High School in Auburn, California. I am a catcher and a third baseman. I am a member of the 2012 Placer High Schoo Varsity softball team and I am the starting catcher. I also play travel ball for the California Yardsharks. Along with softball I also play volleyball for Placer and I was on the varsity team my junior year.



I have always wanted to play college softball and I am working very hard to one day achieve that goal in my future. I am very hard working and willing to put in the extra effort and do my best on the field and in the classroom as well. I try my best in every thing that I do and always have a posititve attitude in all situations. I love the game of softball more than anything and I hope that I can aspire towards my goal, in hopes that I will achieve it.
