Personal Statement
I have been playing softball since the age of 8. I am naturally athletic and excelled in my first season of softball. I have tried my hand at basketball and cheerleading, but focused on softball at the age of 10. I started pitching during 10U softball and have not stopped. I enjoy pitching and have definitely matured in the circle. I have to add that I also have an awesome bat. On the freshman and JV high school the coach typically doesn’t let the pitchers hit. An assistant coach had to remind him that I had one of the best batting averages on the team.
Outside of softball I play basketball with my siblings and enjoy baking. I study hard and work hard to maintain a good GPA.
After high school I want to be a successful person in the college classroom and on the softball field. I want to make myself and my parents proud.
