Ever since I was little I fell in love playing softball. I started playing because I wanted to be like my older brother who played baseball. I’ve played softball since I was four and love playing more than I ever have. One thing I found out while playing softball is that I love teaching others about this sport and showing others how much it means to me. By playing softball, it has me excited to go to college, not only to do the thing that I love most but also to learn academically.
From the thirteen years I have been playing softball, I have learned that no matter what is happening off the field, when I get on the field, playing the game is all that matters. I am more ready than I have ever been to play softball at the college level. I’m excited to see what opportunities are in store for me!
